grasshopper needs a ladder

with my bum knee i went out looking for a great ladder. found the little giant safety step ladder. 2,3, or 4 steps with handle at top and about 1 foot square pads. love it. anybody use something else? tried an x deck sizzor set up but the homeowner quality one was a little shaky. what do you use for vans etc?

Here's what I've always used...

Stable, light, legs fold out of the way for transporting or storage, legs lock into place for safety. Might not be high enough for all applications though...
