I saw these towels on AG's What's New page and they looked interesting.

Since I was going to Autogeek's Cars & Coffee Saturday, I thought I would pick some up and give them a try.

These are the ones I picked up:

Griots Garage PFM Terry Weave Towel, Set of 2

I got a chance to use them today on my mom's car for a waterless wash. When I first felt them they felt really stout, like terry cloth kind of stout.

I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first after passing my hand across the fibers, since it didn't feel as soft as other MF towels, more like a stiff terry cloth towel.

I used Uber Rinseless Wash as my Waterless Wash (diluted at 1/3 ounce per 16 ounces of water).

The towel cut through the dirt and water spots smoothly and easily and no dragging as you sometimes feel with a thicker nap MF towel...as the name implies "Pure Freakin' Magic" (PFM).

I really like these towels for doing a waterless wash. Next, I'm going to see how they work on polish removal. I plan on picking up more of these towels.

I too was skeptical about the feel of the PFM towels upon opening the packaging. Once they're wet they work like, well, pure freakin' magic. It's nice not having to deal with that typical grabby MF feel.
