what is the difference between the boss finishing pad vs the black pads? do they both work with the griots 6 inch buffer? How is ceramic all in one used on the buffer?

The Griots BOSS black pad is the finishing pad....and they will work with the G9 or either of the long throws (G15 or G21), as well as with the older GG6. Here's a link to a video from Griots Garage showing how to use it.

The black pad is super soft. Personally i only use medium foam pads like the orange girots. The yellow i used a lot too, it's a decent pad.

The black pad in my opinion is a waste of time in most situations. Unless your using it just to spread some wax or something.

The black foam finishing pad is thicker than the BOSS finishing foam pad and lacks the center cooling hole.
