What is the difference between Griots spray on wax vs best of show spray wax?
I like to have a spray wax for the Miata while other cars get a spray sealant. Now I have Griots spray on wax that I like, but I think it works better on a wet car. I really don’t wash the Miata much so not sure that is the way I want to go.

Thanks

It's been a while since I've used either of these but I think one difference is the spray wax can be used as a drying aid and the boss can not. I could be wrong though it's been a while

The spray on wax is to be used as a drying aid. I have used it in the past. Very good product.

I'm a fan of Best of Show Spray Wax, it's heavier than Spray-On Wax with better hydrophobic performance, smells fantastic. You can use it as a drying aid but I would spray sparingly rather than overdoing it. I like to use it dry and then use Best of Show Detailer for the drying aid during maintenance washes.

Thank you. I have QDs, and Spray Sealants, there are times I want a wax. Not for longevity, just the look even if it lasts a day.

Hi all! I just received a bottle of the Griot's Best Of Show Spray Wax and am anxious to try it out on my Focus ST!!
Question: I washed the ST a few days back, drove it once, and it's been in the garage the last day or so. So; if I do a dusting with my California Duster, do you think it would be okay to go ahead and apply the BoS Spray Wax now? Or; do you recommend that I wash again, first?

About 3 weeks ago, I did a full detail including using Griot's PolyWax.

Thanks!!

Edit: I've decided to wait and use the Best of Show Spray Wax following my next wash to prevent the possibility of moving any dust around with the duster and scratching the surface as I wax.
