I lost my flat wrench that removes the backing plate from by Griots DA Buffer... Can anyone recommend where to find a replacement or something else to use ?

It's a 14mm wrench. Probably the cheapest replacement would be to go to evilbay and search for 14mm cone wrench. Otherwise, most bike shops sell similar wrenches.

I lost mine also. I contacted Griots and they sent a replacement free of charge.

And this may just be an understatement.

I always feel comfortable spending my money on Griot's products knowing that they have my back on anything I buy.

From a simple MF towel all the way up to a Long-throw polisher, if there is a problem with it they will take care of it ASAP.
