Hello All
So just wanted to give my opinion on GTechniq EXO v4 and CSL Kit that I used this past weekend. So in the past I have used Cquartz, Cquartz UK, Gyeon Pure Ceramic Coatings they are all good products and are similar to apply & work with. After using the GTechniq EXO v4 and CSL Kit I must say WOW! am I ever impressed with these two products. its SOOOO much easier to work with, super easy to apply and wipe off.
To give you an idea on what I was working with, I dont have a garage or shade which means I had no choice but to apply this in direct sunlight (I know the instructions say not to) when it was around 30c and the body panels of the car super hot to the touch. Where most coatings I have used in the past would of flashed and dryed right away and made it very hard to fully white on & likely leaving high spots these two products had no issues with me leaving it on the paint for 1-2mins. EXOv4 being even easier to the point where I could do my full car door (2016 Golf R) take my time & then wipe it all off without it drying and causing issues (CSL I had to break up the door into 2-3 sections) I ended up doing 1 layer of CSL & 2 layers of EXov4
i'm just highly impressed with this product, I just hope it lasts years as it says it should even through our harsh winters here in Toronto.
Dont have many photos because I was blessed with a nearby tree dropping pollen and little flower pedals all over my car as I was working on it, so I would wipe it all off and within mins it would get dirty again.
