gtechniq-layer of C1 topping with c1.5 issues

i am planing a project of applying gtechniq C1 and want to top it with C1.5v2 Silo Seal
.
i know that the C2v3 Liquid Crystal is the product recommended on top of the C1 but it will be "out of stock" for a long time for me( local distribution issues ) .
another thing i am trying to avoid is using EXO on top of the C1 (i had some "drama" last time i try that combination -if you know what i mean) so the plan is one layer of C1 topping with c1.5.
how long do i have to wait between the layer's ?
what is the main diff rent between the 1.5 and the C2v3 regarding the c1?

Why don't you just use another coating that is easier to work with?

C quartz cost dubble the price in my area believe it or not , opti coat 2.0 is not available anymore and i don't have time to order online because the project scheduled to friday.
