Gyeon Cancoat Evo layerability

Hi all, question for you:

Last week I did a complete detail on my white model Y and used TWHS flex wax for protection.
I’ve since received gyeon cancoat evo and am wondering if I can lay down an application of this on top of my existing flex wax or would you recommend I strip down the TW first?

Strip it. Coatings are meant to bond with clean paint and anything in between the coating and the clear coat will lessen durability and adhesion.

Agreed, start over. Unless you just don't care that much, but then I wouldn't use cancoat, I'd use some cheaper sio2/polymer spray. That is to say, Cancoat deserves bare/polished paint

I would think the wax in that product would hamper the bonding of Can Coat.
