Gym/gas station parking lot

Hey guys do any one you work inside the parking lot of a gym or a gas station? I've seen a couple and to the gym I go to there is an auto detailing right on the parking lot. I was wondering who do you ask when it comes to have to set there? Would you talk to the owner of the gym? Or the owner of the property where gym is at? And how about gas stations, it be the same right? Talk to the owner of the gas station or the manager? How would you get to the owner?

I would talk to both the owner of the property and the owner of the gas station/gym. To get to the owner if your in a small town just ask around. If that don't work i'd go right into the gas station/gym, explain to them the situation and go from there
