Happy Fourth to all. I feel so blessed to live in the most amazing country in the world. Beauty, prosperity and freedom. Also very thankful for all those that made incredible sacrifices to make this happen.

To many people, the battle of Lexington and Concord in 1775 was the final line drawn in the sand and the beginning of our nation

Yes, the Declaration of Independence was signed in 1776 but there were several occurrences, like L&C that led up to the Declaration

You can go back to actions that occurred prior to 1775 if you want

I guess it was the way history was taught when I was in school that formed my opinions

And since it is America, your opinion and reasoning are just as valid as mine
