Happy Friday Boys and Girls!!!! I hope everyone had a good week.

First off, I hope everyone on the east coast is safe and I pray no one has been affected by Hurricane Sandy. Us folks in the DC metro area were very lucky and didn’t experience too bad of a storm. So I hope everyone else is ok.
So this weekend I don’t really have anything planned except go through the moving boxes that are taking up space in our house. The basement has been staged with all the crap from my house. I REALLY want to get my flat screen mounted on the wall and the surround hooked up. Not sure if that will happen this weekend. I really need to wash my TSX. I finally took it for a drive yesterday after it’s been sitting in the garage for the past two weeks. I really like having a daily driver now. It eases my frustration during the week when I’m on the road battle idiots disguised as people. I also need to change the oil in the TL. Today we plan on standing in line to early vote.





So that’s it for me….what do you guys and gals have planned?

We were very lucky. Had a tree fall and took out the power feeding just a few blocks of homes around us for twenty-eight hours.
Had to toss out allot of food, rather be safe than sorry.

Glad this didn't happen in the dead of winter.

Hope the people on the east coast are coping, and get through OK.

I have a Halloween party tonight, a funeral flag presentation, then a fund raiser I'm helping with on Saturday. Sunday is a relax day, after spending most of the week prepping the car and truck for winter.
 
Happy Friday! I'm looking forward to voting and spending some quality time on finishing my Maxima. If I can have the timing cover swapped and the new motor in by Sunday I'll be very happy. I also want to completely polish the exhaust on the 600r. All the rain we got from Sandy has it looking less than Autogeekian standards.
 
Happy Friday all. Definitely hope all you guys back East survived that storm. Not too much going on here. Thinking of firing up the smoker tomorrow and playing with part/all of a turkey. Also have to built some sort of temporary "doggy area" on the back patio for the new puppy to do his business for a couple months till he has all his shots. He comes home next weekend. Probably going to just do a simple 2x4 frame on the concrete patio and fill it with a few inches of bark/mulch. We have no grass in the back just patio with shrubs around the fence.

I'm going to get in the tree this weekend for some deer hunting. It's a happy time of the

year but it's bitter sweet because it's signals the end of my detailing season. Well I'll still detail in the garage with the heater going but it's not as fun!!

I am about an 1.5 hours north of NYC but I wasn't effected majorly by Sandy luckily. Just one down tree and some sticks to clean up.

But now all these people that cannot get are traveling north towards me and I drove past six gas stations today that were out of gas. It is just insane. People seem to be getting paranoid all now.

In good news, I'll be performing a winter prep on my car this weekend as well as treating the trim with DLux. Then cutting up the one tree that fell down and hopefully being able to take it to the recycling center as usual.

I hope everyone enjoys the rest of their Friday and the upcoming weekend!
