I've seen these pads at the store and was wondering if they were any good. They have 3 different ones. One for compounding, polishing, then a finishing pad. there foam and as you go from compounding to finishing it gets more squshier..... can anyone chime in?

I bought an orange pad a few weeks back (couldn't resist the price) but haven't tried it yet. I'm tinting my tails this weekend, and was going to use it to buff the fresh paint. I'll let you know how it goes. I'm kind of hesitant to try it on my car's paint.

I.have all 3 pads from there. I've only used the orange and black. both work great execpt velcro is starting to rip off the pad.. so in short the pad works great on paint but may not last long.

I have used their wool pads and I must say they worked very well. It can't hurt to have a few as back up.

I've used a couple of the blue polishing and one of the black waxing pads and they seemed fine. (First time ever using d/a) They did what I wanted them to do. After washing them, they look new. Not bad at all for 4.99.

I got a black pad just because I had to see how bad they were. I've only used it to apply wax on a few cars. It seems to be holding up well. The price is certainly hard to beat. I'm interested to hear people's thoughts on the orange/blue pads as well.

I have used all 3 pads. They work well for the money. I have used the orange pad to do correction using ultimate compound, the blue pad with Poorboy's ProPolish 2 and the black with Collinite 845. I cleaned the on a pad washer they cleaned well.

I have been using all three pads on my clients cars and compared to LC, HexLogic they have held up pretty well and as far as results I honestly cannot see the difference as Brinkman as my witness.

I have used their blue polishing pads for P21S Paintwork Cleanser and the black finishing pads for wax and sealants. They work just as well with my Griot's 6" as any of the pads costing two to three times as much. When they are on sale for $3.99 (sometimes cheaper) I stock up. And here is another advantage: many people go through a lot of work, bother and expense to clean pads - and I would too if they cost me over ten bucks each or I owned several cars to work on. But at this price I use a couple pads to do my car a few times a year and just throw them away.

I have been using MF pads to do correction work on cars but when I work on buses and vans that come in in really cruddy condition I use foam pads on my Flex 3401. With working on the buses and vans I am typically deep cleaning paint using lots of product and moderate to heavy pressure. This work is hard on pads and these pads are holding up very well. I too thought they might be bad, cheaply made pads but they fit the bill for my shop.

ive only used one orange pad and it did the job great but when i tried to take it off the backing plate the velcro stayed attached, after compunding the hood and front fenders on my dads 2002 f350, i noticed that the pad began to flake apart, but for the money i would say it did well. keep in mind the trucks paint is beat, when i rubbed the claybar on it it sounded like i was claying a piece on 80 grit sandpaper. i used to work at harbor freight and not that i advise doing this but if the pad falls apart like mine did and its within 90 days of the purchase, chances are they will swap it for a new one no questions asked.

I agree can't beat em for the price def good to have on hand as backup or for larger dirty jobs they perform well n when they get worn out throw away and catch a nice sale at HF and restock. Just don't run your DA at a higher speed while lifting DA off paint Theyll blow apart into pieces accidentally happened once to me ,wasn't thinking , no damage to paint just a confetti pad. Just if anyone didn't think of that happening lesson learned

I bought all three the but I haven't used them out yet. They sound like they work well for the price
