Hard Water Spots

Hello...I like to use a water/vinniger mix 1:1 to remove hard water spots on my painted alumacraft fishing boat...Will this mix remove wax or sealants ?

Or.....is there something else I could use to remove hard water spots ?

The best product I've ever used for water spots is Hot Sauce by Boat Bling. Stuff rocks.
