Placed an order at AG the 21st of march, and today i had to send them a mail and ask if they had forgott about me, this is the second time (second order) i have to send customer service a "bump" to get the secondary mail to aprove my order.

Shame on you....:mad: ;)
 
Never had an issue with Autogeeks service. Maybe it was international shipping thing. Not saying you are wrong, just never had had a problem.
 
I agree, the customer service is great at AG, but its the second time i have to "ask" for the second mail.

Probably because i send the orders in daytime here in Norway, and thats at night at palm beach maybe...

Got a AG addiction and neeeeeeed my medicine.....Had to put on a coat og Pinnacle LS to keep the car "calm" until my supply of ShMitts gets here...

Truls, you should send your orders to me so they get to their new home faster. Usually in one day.;)
 
I bet your fingernails are gone due to the fact that you have been biting them waiting for your order!

Usually it takes little more than a week from i order to i get the stuff, so its not THAT long. Its not ME, its the CARs thats crying "whers my AG stuff, im filthy, i cant be seen like this in public etc" shes honking all night, refuse to start. it drives me wild. I even had to wash the cars with a sheepskin mitt today, I couldnt have the lights on when i washed them, if they dont see the ShMitt before washing they freak out......

Had to apply a coat of Pinnacle LS on the evo and ClearKote QuikShine on the Volvo just to keep them silent trough the night.
 
Truls you and me both I placed my order last week and I checked this morning and it said that it just left the US...man it's hard waiting. I wish I had one day turn around like other member...not mentioning any names....cough (dengood1).

At work I keep clicking on the link that takes me to check the status of the package and still in the US. It usually takes me a week to receive my items as well.

Good/sad to know I'm not the only one going threw AG delivery with drawl.

I checked with Lambo but she said it's to cold her Norway for her. Sorry but she likes the Florida sunshine.;)

I know, it's very tempting but the wife wont let me :( but like FloridaNative says the best days are when I receive the delivery's it's like my birthday all over again or even better it's like Christmas again :D
 
Problem solved........

My fault, my fault, my fault (and my email)

The emails didnt come trough, the int shipping had sent me two replys and they are still somewhere "lost" on the internet.

Used my work email, and that has a high grade security.

Im learning as longe as i live (hopefully)

Again So so sorry AG.
 
So now that is solved a curious question. How long does it take to get an order to where you live?

That is strange, when I placed my order I sent e-mails to AG and they were not recieving them. Then AG was trying to send me an e-mail and I did not recieve them too. I wonder if this is due to the upgrades AG is currently doing? Strange though becuase sounds like I'm not the only one having this problem.
 
Usually 7-10 days.

When MY email works as it should!!!!

AG drop it at the ups the same day or the day after. And it takes 3-4 days from ups get it untill its at the Norwegian customs, usually 2-3 days later its in my post office (customs can be sloooooooow here sometimes)

Truls I am glad we got that resolved, I could not send you an email from my acct either, it has to be your security setting... they keep coming back to me.
If you ever have a problem, PM me those go through just fine! :D
