hey! I was wondering if there is an alternative way to fix headlights that have moisture and a yellow tinge. I tried a restoration kit but it didn't work. Is there a way to remove the headlight and absorb the water and permanently seal it so that water will not be able to get back in. Thanks guys

It is possible to remove a headlight and remove moisture with hot air, but you have to find where the water is coming in and patch it. The front polycarbonate can aalso be removed by softening the adhesive that holds it to the body, but it is difficult to reseal it.

Unless the headlights are very expensive, I don't think all the work is warranted since you can never be sure your patch will hold.

If the headlights are expensive, you may be able to buy used headlights (that don't leak) and restore the cloudiness on the outside.

alright thank you for the knowledgeable answer. I will probably order the new pair of headlights for $80 so that I don't screw around with the other ones and waste time
