I currently use DP carpet leaner and i have a car that needs the Headliner clean. I was woundering what the best process to clean this is. I have never done one and i understand its a little different than carpet. It is a little dirty and a few tiny stains PLEASE HELP LoL

I'm sure your DP Carpet/Upholstery cleaner would work. I have used Woolite 4:1. Sprayed lightly on the headliner then wiped off with MF. There were smoking stains on that headliner, and Woolite got it out. Made it grey again, instead of gray with a brownish tint.

Any upholstery cleaner should work. I cleaned my Cavasmear's headliner with a can of Blue Coral, and it's cleaner than when I tried the stuff I got ten years ago. I never thought auto chemicals would lose effectiveness.:o

I use a damp towel with a little Woolite. I find that most cleaners are quite strong and can start to loosen the glue on most headliners.

i just tell my customers i don't clean headliners.... to much risk on the detailers part. if it's your car then by all means. but i don't want to pay outta pocket for that. the only time i ever touched one is with some APC on a mf and rubbed gently... if nothing comes off i stop immediately. half the time i don't even look at the headliner
