Hey everyone!

My name is Michael, and... I HATE YOU ALL!

Not in the literal sense of course, but in the sense that ever since I stumbled onto autogeek, I've been completely enthralled in the world of car detailing! So much now that I've just bought a whole boatload of car stuff, despite needing to save money (I am a student haha).

You've also made me dislike my WHITE car, especially since you guys are the ones who make black so mouthwateringly deep and head-turning :(

Well anyways, I'm happy to be a part of the community! :)

Welcome to Autogeek Online Michael!

You can make your white car very glossy with the right products, tools, and technique.

Thanks for all the welcomes! :) It's nice to be on a forum with such a warm community!

And while yes, white can be glossy, I just love that deep, wet look of black, as opposed to that high gloss shiny finish of lighter colours.

Welcome!

I'm on my 6th or 7th black vehicle. Like they say, black isn't a color, it's a part time job.

Wow, that is a nice car. And an extremely informative article! It was actually the first article I've read regarding car detailing a few weeks back when I first started exploring ways to make my white paint look nicer.

Upon reading that article, it did prime me to being more meticulous with regards to inspecting my paint, upon which I started to see light hazing on my hood that I would've never noticed before, and that is essentially how I started my descent into autogeek!

Welcome!

Haha yeah, I figured since scratches such as spiderwebbing or swirls or even getting keyed is extremely obvious. So I guess it's a good thing for me since I don't really have too much spare time :props: Still, a properly detailed black car (i.e. every black car seen on autogeek haha)just looks amazing...
