Hi everyone! I joined the site a week ago, and wanted to introduce myself! My name is Chris. I started detailing full time 8 years ago for a honda dealership but have had the vehicle care bug for most of my life. I can remember being 4 or 5 years old and trying to wash the dirt off the door of one of my dads grain trucks with an old rag and an ice cream bucket full of water and dish soap!! Anyhow, I started my own shop almost a year ago, loving the new challenges and really loving being able to be my own boss. I wish I knew about this website a long time ago, what an amazing resource this place is! I've been very confident with the interior detailing my shop puts out, but I'm quite new to polishing, maybe about a year and a half into it. The pics I've seen on here and the write ups, wow its really opened my eyes to the true meaning of paint correction. Absolutely fantastic to see how professional everyone is here, both with paint and interiors. I really look forward to spending lots of time here and learning. Thanks everyone!!
