Hello guys. My name is Matt. My buddy turned me on to this site to learn more and too see what quailty products can do for my ride. I have always taken care of my cars and truck but not to "autogeek" standards. But now I am on my way to start. Just picked up the Lake Country - Porter Cable 5.5 x 7/8 Inch Foam Pad Kit. Now on my way to looking for the best compands and car wash. I always used meguiars or mothers products. Latley I been using Meguiars Ultimate wash & wax for washing and then the gold class carnauba paste wax for wax. Now if im using anything wrong let me know lol. Im going to try to get a pic of my rides up here when i get home but i thought i would stop in and say hey.

Welcome to AGO. You can't go wrong with either Meg's or Mothers. Both have high quality product lines that you can find locally and are reasonably priced. That's not to say that you shouldnt try some other products, like the ones they have listed here. I have tried many different types of product lines from AG, but always seem to drift back to Megs...

Maybe we could all get together for a project sometime. Looks like you have a good start on products. Do you have clay or something to remove surface contaminants?
