Hey Guys & Gals-

I have been reading on here for a year now so I figured I should post. I guess you would call me a weekend warrior of sorts. I take care of mine and Mrs.Filly's vehicles, and I have 6-7 around town that I do only on weekends as a hobby. I just placed my first order with AG, last week, took advantage of the Pet sale and free shipping over $150. Here is what all I got:

Meg's APC Combo Kit
Meg's Wheel Brightener Combo Kit
(6) 5.5 Inch Lake Country CCS Pads
(1) 5.5 Inch Lake Country CCS Pad
Wolfgang Pad Werks Pad Cleaner & Extender Combo with brush
Meg's Grit Guard
(4) 12 oz. Meg's Dispenser Bottles
Meguiars Air Re-Fresher Odor Eliminator

For my sample I got Detailer's Pro Series Xtreme Foam Formula for my MTM Foam Cannon.

Weather starting to warm up here in south LA...:dblthumb2:

Welcome!! Nice first order! What part of Louisiana? I grew up in Lafayette and New Orleans.

I lived in Lafayette until about 5 years ago and now I live in St.Francisville. It's 30 minutes north of Baton Rouge.

I know exactly where that is. Awesome little town. Lafayette and the surrounding burbs of Broussard, Youngsville & Milton have grown so much since I moved up here. It`s basically one huge metropolitan area now.

:welcome:

I'm in the "Berry", 20 minutes South of Lafayette ;)

Welcome to AutoGeek.
Never thought I would miss Louisiana that much until having to deal with real winter. I grew up in Central and Denham Springs/Watson. Miss the slow pace and Southern friendliness.:)
What polisher are you using?
Be careful with the Wheel Brightener. You may want to use a face shield and long gloves with it.
Happy detailing: )

I'm using the PC 7424XP. Why do you say that about the Meg's Wheel Brightener?

We should get all the LA boys together to do some detailing and share tips and tricks. Its starting to warm up so It could be a good time. We could do a boil, have some adult beverages, and have some fun!

I'm in Lafayette:dblthumb2:
Always nice seeing someone from my area:)

Prairieville here! Always liked having clean vehicles but learning a lot on this sight. So many products to choose now!

Wheel Brightener is an acid based cleaner and make your skin tingle in a bad way. Have had an atomized mist of it get in my eyes and didn't feel too good. It has been discussed several times on AGO.
Does Pville still have the flea market?

A couple of months ago two local guys from AG came meet me one Saturday, we spent the entire day together and had a blast.
I was helping to train one and the other came to help.
So yeah, let's do it:dblthumb2:
