Thought i had posted here before, but AGO Knows best and said i hadn't lol.

Any way, Im Jay, 17 years old, I have about $700 of products ($NZ) - all my friends think i'm crazy as i love to wash cars as a hobby. I think they're crazy buying tyres and popping them in skids as a hobby CRAZY!

Don't have a car as of yet to use my products on, other wise just bean using them on friends and familys.

Planning on getting a 1966 MK2 FORD CORTINA hopefully by the end of next week :cruisin:
...and spending hours apon hours of detailing. HOW FUN :D

Any way, plenty of reading to be done. Look forward to ordering some more products again off AGO - if only shipping was cheaper out of the US!!! :surrender:

It's a small world. I had my car at the dealer to fix a lubrication issue with the window mechanism, and the technician who took my car said his father purchased from AutoGeek too.

Is it true that there are no snakes in NZ? If so, I need to move...I hate snakes! Welcome to AGO!

wow. i thought i just hit the jackpot finding AGO but it is cool to know of other people closer to home that use it. - are you a frequent buyer or just a one off when you need another supply freshen?

Welcome to Autogeek Online! :welcome:

A classic Ford Cortina would be a good first starter car, it should be easy to work on since it's simple technology and a fun project to fix up.
:xyxthumbs:
Thanks Mike, yeah, should be fun. it's been modded a bit already but upgraded to the 2l from the 1300cc:dblthumb2: so will see how it goes. will post pics if it all goes through :)

True and False. We dont have the snakes that slither around as such, but plenty of sneeky people haha. IMO.

I've ordered from AG about 4 times now. I usually try to wait untill I have a large order as international shipping is RIDICULOUS and you need to have an order over $100 (US) for them to ship internationally. My orders have ranged between $300 - $1000 if I recall correctly. I wish they had the same shipping costs to NZ as they have to their local states...... that would be a dream come true!

Do you find it is worth the hassle ie, with a $1000 order, paying the shipping, aswell as the tax rate? im humming and haaring about just going into supercheap etc. and just buying retail as it seems im only saving %25 on a good day any way and if they have a special on ie buy 2 get one free (%30 off) ?

Yes, it's definately worth buying from Autogeek. There are many reasons why, I outline them in the reply to your PM asking about buffers but I keep getting an error trying to send it to you.

Shoot me your email address over PM and I'll send it to you that way.

It goes along the lines that Autogeek has far superior products to what you can buy in Supercheap auto or Repco. If you were looking to buy a bottle of Meguiar's shampoo then it will most likely be far more convenient to just go and buy it from somewhere local, but if you are wanting a high quality wax, interior product or microfiber, Autogeek is far better for that.

Ok - sweet as.
think my next order for AGO is 500 ish nz.

But thanks for help and i've shot you my email. thanks Matt :)
