Help - Budget swirl finder light / spotlight

Hello, I'm new to detailing and curious about finding the right swirl finder light, my question is: What is the best specification of swirl finder light? What wattage, kelvin, and so on

I know i can just buy the Scangrip Sun Match and something similar to that, but here in Indonesia I hardly can find those kinds of equipment, but i can custom made specific light if i know the right specification
