Help...need my applicator pads clean

I have CSS Red applicator pads and I used them on Sunday to apply P21S Paint Cleanser and Meg's 16 on my my dad's car. Since I don't have any pad cleaner, I put them in a bucket of hot water and Micro-Restore after I was done. The pads aren't 100% clean. I still see the color of Meg's 16 on one pad, and the white spots from the P21S Paint Cleanser on the other pad. Will DP Polishing Pad Rejuvinator remove 100% of the product?

i have tried every product for this except wolfgang's - they are all good, but some get stained permanently, even after going thru the washer appropriately with these products. microrestore, dp pad cleaner , etc..
the pad will perform fine next time - they always have for me! just make sure it was cleaned well and it thoroughly dried.

I have tried WG pad rejuvenator, dawn soap, car soap, PB APC, and a few others. And over time some pads, or all will have some staining. That just won't come out.
For instance the foam pad I use for pinnacle souveran paste wax, come out clean like new. And the foam pad I use for pinnacle souveran liquid, has a little problem coming clean ??
 
As long as you cleaned it well, I don't believe it matters. Should be perfectly fine for future use with any wax or sealant.

As for me, those little Megs Gold class apps work fine for me. I have one dedicated for each wax or sealant. That way I dont have to worry about cross contaminating.
 
Thanks everyone for your replies. I'm hoping it's staining. I'm gonna have to buy some pad cleaner sooner or later.
