HELP!! Need to remove 1970 Lincoln Conitnental Drivers seat stains!!

HELP!!! I have a 1970 lincoln continental mark 3 i am working on. the outside came out beautiful but this interior drivers deat which i think is a nylon/leather is giving me a issue. ive never dealt with this material and need help on the best way to clean it. i dont have a hot water extractor. any solutions to get rid of these stains? any help is so very much appreciated!! Thanks​
 
Try OPC diluted 3-1, that has removed many tough spots for me.:xyxthumbs:
 
thanks jeff. i shall try the folex since home depot is right around the corner and if that doesnt work i shall try the opc!! thanks guys for the help :)
