Help uploading pictures

For some reason I can no longer upload pictures from my iPhone. I used to be able to upload without any problem.
Now I get a "this is not a valid file" message.

I get that from time to time. Not sure why. I currently can't upload them using my iPhone either. So I just switch to PhotoBucket. But still don't know why :dunno:
