I have hard water stains on polished billet aluminum and unable to get it off. Any help would be appreciated. It seems to be etched in the surface.

Billet requires a lot of work. I have lots of billet pieces on my car too. You will have to polish them out. I like Mother's Billet Polish a lot. Mothers Billet Metal Polish cleans and shines billet, forged, and finely cast aluminum, brass and all polishable metals. Professional detailers,

I've also used Optimum Metal Polish Optimum Metal Polish, chrome polish, wheel polish, aluminum polish, motorcycle polish, how to polish metal and Collinite Metal Wax with good results Collinite Metal Wax # 850

Make sure to not let any water dry on the billet pieces, if possible. Not easy to do sometimes, I know...

Mothers Powerball Mini and Mothers Billet polish ...

Water-spotted aluminum is a PITA to clean; frankly, none of the "white cream" polishes will do the job. I finally tried some "Diamond Brite" from Lowes (in the truck box area). This stuff did the job. Then I clear-coated the billet.

Yup. That's the best combo. Here are some pics of my wheels after using the Mother's, then coating the wheels with Wheel Wax.

Mothers billet polish is great stuff. I like to use foam applicator pads to polish and buff with a microfiber towel.

I've used the mini power ball and it worked well but there were some areas I had to get by had that the ball couldn't reach. I need to pick up a power cone because I think it would work better in some tight areas
