Help with order please

Hi,
I have been using Autogeek/Wolfgang for some years now and have always been happy with their products and service. I recently placed an order for a flex polisher kit and 2 8oz fusion. the order was cancelled due to no response to delivery cost. the thing is I replied to 3 separate emails approving the costs. since than I have asked why the order was cancelled and attached the dates of my 3 replys and sine have sent 6 emails and have not had a reply. I even asked if I had to reorder and what would happen to the 2 8oz fusion.( special $50 ).
can you help me . Cheers
 
If I could hear on the phone I would call from Australia to sort this out

It looks like there was an issue with your credit card processing - it was declined. We contacted you regarding this matter as well. I checked with our shipping department and we didn't receive your reply.

Go ahead and re-order the PE8 kit and put "SEE NICK FOR FUZION SPECIAL" in the comments box and I'll have that added to the order as well. If you approved the previous shipping charges, it will be the same rate for this identical order. You can mention that in your note and I'll personally make sure the order gets processed and shipped ASAP.

I received an email regarding my order and I replied to email.
I have received the same email / question again.
Did you receive the email or do we have an email problem at either location.
