What's going on everyone? Just thought I would pop on here say hello and introduce myself. I am as green as grass and just another FNG looking to learn new as much as I can so I do not screw up my new (new to me) Tundra.

Just a couple weeks ago I made a nice little purchase with Autogeek and yesterday I placed another order. Maybe this weekend I will finally feel like I have enough stuff in my arsenal to actually be able to clean my truck.

I have been reading much on here before I joined and on other forums and have realized just how little I know and how much there is to know/ learn/ experience, etc with this area.

Up until now I have cared for my previous vehicles and always made sure they looked their best but I never invested in a DA or in multiple paint cleaning stages beyond wash, clay, wax. I had a prewax I used from time to time but never really understood the importance. It was all done by hand and more then likely incorrectly.

Anyway, you all will have plenty of time reading my rants and rambling over different debatable subjects and when I have a plethora of questions that I will be seeking assistance with. Until then, hello to all and I am glad and proud to be a part of this community! :dblthumb2:

^^ cool stuff! Like the foxbody! My buddy has a 89 lx 5.0 convert. Love that thing! They are one of my favorite series of 'stangs!

What kind of motor do you have in there? Judging from the smoke in your picture, its not the 1.8 from that integra ;)

Thanks! She is my baby.I ran across her 7 years ago on the side of the road in Clinton for sale. I had one just like her in high school, same exterior and interior color. She is a labor of love.
 
^^ The picture is a little blurry... thats not an Ohio plate on front is it?

If I had the $$ flow for a project it would be a 87-95. I do not think there are many sounds I like more then hearing that distinct engine scream.

Well in the photo its just the stock 350cu 165hp engine now I have a 350 hp engine in now hehe :D Oh my little acuras peppy too but at 33 mpg its a good dd. Post up a few pictures of your vehicle

... Depending on how it looks if I get around to cleaning the silver beast this weekend I will take some additional photos.

I only get about 20mpg when I am nice on the idiot pedal, but damn does this thing scoot when you want it to. They make a nice supercharger for it but at 5k plus another 1k for install... if I win the lottery or a scratch off I will jump on it then. Only problem is I think I actually have to play to win... :o
