Can you use the 5 inch backing plate from Flex on the machine?

I just ordered one from ebay. I like what Mike Philips used to call brain drain when using a free spinning DA. :D

Sweet man. I will it order it off carziila, i'm in Canada.

I just ordered it along with some towels and 3D's basic APC to use anywhere including inside my house.

Man i have to say i haven't been this excited in a while.

Stalling drives me nuts frankly.

I really like this polisher. I have no other forced rotation to compare to and I might just like the feeling of resistance with forced rotation (only way I know to describe it) but this machine has earned its $100 price tag.

The only reason I don't pull it out as often is I opt for cordless. If I have something come across that's in not great shape, it'll get the Herc. Let us know what you think!

Yea it's a great polisher well worth the $ and then some. Apparently HF will be releasing more polishers very soon according to Markus Kleis.
