Great attitude...
When I first got into this business, I called on body shops, dealerships and detail shops and my job was to show them how to wetsand, cut and buff using a system approach. Really a very simple idea, all I asked for was moment of someone's time to demonstrate the system.
Out of the 3 groups of people I called on, detailers were usually the hardest people to work with because so many detailers I met became proud and walled themselves off to new products, procedures and ideas.
It was really quite eye-opening and what it taught me was to never wall myself off to new products, procedures and ideas. To always have an open mind about changing technology.
So it's refreshing to read that after 30 years as a detailer you're open to new products, procedures and ideas.

Welcome to the site from Harrisburg PA. It's been a great experience for me here at AG. It is nice to see some local detailers popping up on this site.
