Honda HRV B Pillar Vinyl Detailing Question

We have a 2018 Honda HRV. The B pillar that runs down next to the windows has a black vinyl wrap on them. They seem to scratch very easy and stain from finger prints.
Can anyone recommend what they use to clean this part on your car? Possibly something that might help hide the surface scratches? Polish, wax, something else?

You can try a light polish or AIO by hand, what do you have? Note that this may make the wrap look shinier/glossier, so you might need to do all of them to match. Also, probably won't remove the scratches but should clean up the finger staining.
