Basically, if you could place scratch x in with other polishes from least aggressive to most aggressive, exactly where would scratch x land. Funny thing is, after a wash, i noticed a little bit of marring and swirls, got a white ccs pad and used scratch x and was actually kinda impressed hahah

I've never used the stuff but when used right I've read where others have been pleasantly surprised. My guess would be that it's not as strong as 105 but probably at least as strong as 83...Maybe a cut 3-4 out of 10??? Completely guessing. Maybe it's stronger?

Benz- using the Scratch X Original, is the 2.0 much better?

Dub- hahaha yea it was crazy because i really didnt wanna waste my menzerna polishes so i figured id do a little experiment and im not gonna lie, it looked just as good, if not better than a full 3 step polish process. Of course, i thnk i have way too much wax/sealant on my car and really need to get a paint cleaner and start fresh.

Well hey, guessing is fine with me, its fun to figure out this kinda stuff

NICE FIND Akimel!!! thats what im talkin bout!

I haven't tried ScratchX 2.0 but I do have a bottle of it sitting next to my two bottles of the old ScratchX.

I glanced at the article and I would have guessed that result. ScratchX is only a one-stepper that leaves the paint LSP-ready, and from what I've read, ScratchX takes several "hits" on each area (when used by hand) before you really start to see a difference so it's really not all that aggressive. If using by Porter Cable, I would only use it with a white pad.
