Someone posted this another forum I am on. I would hate to be him. :eek: :eek:

This has nothing to do with the Hurricane. We had a resident who had an outstanding balance for over a month and no one could get ahold of her. The Bookkeeper went inside after so many tries to leave a note and this is what we found:

The pictures do NO justice. There is suppose to be 2 cats living here but we cant find them (we think they're dead somewhere inside the apartment-we contacted the SPCA). The place REEKS to say the least, i gagged non stop.

Looks just like some of those homes they show on Animal Planet and other sites. We commonly see this down in South Florida on the elderly that "collect" everything and cannot easily cleanup. Its truly ashame !
 
this is a person that obviously has some deeper issues that need some serious attention. Unbelievable.

I totally agree that person has some very serious issues that need immediate attention .
 
I find it interesting that they had an Ironing Board set up and appeared to use it, WOW that’s disgusting. I hope they get some professional help.:(

WOW.. I was just staring at the pictures wondering how you could do anything other than stand upright in that place.. where did the person actually sit, how did they bathe in that tub.. How did they use the PC with all the butts all over it??

It is very obvious this person has some very serious mental issues.... very disturbing...Reminds me of the movie Seven!

couple observations
i cant believe someone managed to walk through that place! i imagine it was sheer amazement and utter disbelief that powered them threw that place. me, i would not have stepped foot in that place without a hazmuit suit and ozygen!!

the guy tip-toeing around the cat turds! priceless

the febreeze next to the ironing board, yeah like thats going to cover up the smell

the fire extinguisher on the coffee table

thats a hell of a lot of money spent on takeout!

how "clean" the letter keys on the keyboard are, how "clean the mouse and area around the mouse are, i cant believe that stuff actually gets used. maybe one day they will be surfing the net and stumble upon this?

and WTF is glued to the bathroom floor o.O

now i must go and empty my ashtray for fear of someone seeing more than 5 butts in it
 
My question is who in the world is going to clean that up... you could not pay me enough, there is no amount!!
 
That place needs to be condemed. I didn't think it was that bad until I saw the kitchen(?) and the bathroom and the remaining pictures.

Holy crap.
 
A couple of squirts of "canned air" and the computer should be OK :D
 
That is wrong on so many levels I can even begin to fathom how someone can live like this. I cant stand walking in and seeing my step sons toys laying around let alone seeing this.
