Ok so that weekly or bi monthly cleaning would be just a wash with basic interior upkeep right?
Correct.
When I was at Meguiar's two different detailers took care of all the cars driven by upper management. All these cars are black.
One week they wash (using the gentle approach obviously), clean windows, touch up tires, vacuum interior.
Next week they wash, wax, clean windows, touch up tires and vacuum interior
So basically an Express Detail one week and the next week an Express Detail plus a machine applied coat of Gold Glass Wax, which if you're good with a PC and you've already did the initial detail on these cars takes about 20 minutes to apply and wipe off.
Make sense?
What if one week they take their car through a mudhole? Do I charge for a full detail?
If they are a regular customer and driving the car through a mud hole
one week is an exception to the norm then just wash off the mud when you wash the car.
That's called,
Under promise and over deliver. Good business practice. I teach this in my 3-day detailing class.
Do you mean something else when you typed,
What if one week they take their car through a mudhole?
:dunno:
