" Meghan & Nick"

Over the years The people at Autogeek have been more than fair. Once again they go beyond customer care to make sure we are taken care of.

When the One day memorial day sale came out I was out of town, my wife had purchased me an AG gift certificate for my birthday but I didn't have access to it until This Morning (Saturday). I didn't think I'd be able to purchase my new Flex PE14 with the discount and be able to use my gift certificate. Well needless to say Meghan and Nick made it happen!:xyxthumbs:

As always the people at Autogeek go above and beyond to take care of their customers. They are the reason I buy everything I can from Autogeek. Sure I've had a problem or two but never have I had an issue that was not completely resolved to my satisfaction.

Now if that Big Brown Truck would just hurry up!:hungry:

Thanks to Nick and Meghan and all the other good people at Autogeek for all their hard work and exceptional customer support!:dblthumb2::buffing:

This is what makes me always come back to order from here.

i'm getting ready to place my first order, and it's good to know that this is a standup company. that's hard to find now a days.

Yes yes, yes indeed.

This is why I order everything right here at Autogeek Online!! :props:

Customer service done right. If you have a problem, give Nick or Meghan a call. If it. An be fixed, they are the fixers.

Once I tried to but some PO85RD from another mail order detail company when AG was out of it several months ago. Big mistake. First they said it was "in stock" - it wasn't. Weeks went by, zero communication from them. Finally I got an email from Amazon saying my product didn't ship yet - contact seller. Sent many emails - no reply. Called once, told to call back tomorrow.
Called back was put on hold 20 mins to find out they couldn't tell me when it would ship. Never again. Half these other places advertise stuff they don't have in stock, they'll take your money right away and you'll get your stuff god knows when. I have yet to have even the slightest delay or issue with AG.

I spell customer service...PENNY

Only heard great things about Penny but know Nick and Meghan from the detail classes and Boot Camp. With this group, you can't go wrong. Ok Penny, I expect you to make an appearance at Boot Camp in September.

Very sweet of all of you, and yes Penny is always here for Boot Camp she just tends to help us out in the office on those weekends. But I will tell her she needs to join us in the garage for an appearance!

I'll give it to Penny, she calls promptly and has great service, and explains what went wrong very well.

I always hear all these great things about ag but when I waited till bogo to buy and bought from ag off of amazon I didn't get it, and after emails back and forth they said "We don't bogo off of amazon." Even tho I'm an AG member and waited to buy specifically for bogo. Its the same business so whats the problem? Kinda sux for sure.

Really? Did it say BOGO on Amazon? If it didn't say BOGO then it wasn't on BOGO at that site.
PBMG also owns Autopia car care and they have different sales and deals there too, should they sell me products they have on special at the Autopia site for the same price if I order on Autogeek even tho the price is clearly marked different?:dunno:
Why would you order thru Amazon when BOGO is only on AGO? I'm pretty sure it costs them money to list and have items on Amazon and costs them nothing to have it listed on their own site. So why not order direct? Autogeek service is second to none IMHO.

:iagree: And congrats on your PE 14 purchase. :props: It's such an awesome machine that if I can help it, I will never ever sell it. It has its place in your arsenal and I bet you'll love it.

Penny is a hell of a cook too. Everyone reaps the benefits with her presence at Autogeek. :dblthumb2:

BOGOs are exclusive to Autogeek and are not offered through our Amazon division.

Here is a link to the BOGO page. Buy One, Get One Free!

I've not purchased a great deal of stuff here at AG. But, everything I have purchased has been great, except for the the foam gun, and even then when I contacted the folks here, I got setup for a prompt and courteous return. So hats off to AG for their stellar customer service!

As far as amazon goes, the only reason for me to order from amazon would be IF the items were eligible for prime. But since their not, I just order from AG.
