How Many Waxes Should I Get Out of Pinnacle Series II?

You should get a lot! Even if you wax once a month that jar should last you at least a couple years.

It will be difficult for me to vouchsafe a firm number of applications any particular
tub of Sig. Series II will confer to the full-sized pickup in your above example.

-What "brand" is the truck (Dodge, Ford, Chevy, GMC, Toyota, Honda, Izuzu, other)?
-Does it have a SS or BC/CC paint system?
-Does it have one-row, or two-rows of seats?
-Are there: 2; 2 + 2(½); or 4 doors?
-Does it have a bed cover: cap/tonneau/topper; or a slide-in camper?
-Are you going to wax every square inch of this vehicle...
including but not limited to: door jambs, bed, wheels, underhood?

As you can see:
Too many variables for me to make an honest assessment at this time.

Note:
I've had one particular tub of Pinnacle Sig. Series II for a little over 5 years now.
I've waxed every vehicle we own...including a 2008 Chevy ½ ton extended cab P/U...
many, many times over: And it looks like I hardly made a dent in it!
