Just wondering how much do you guys charge for these services. I know that the condition may vary from vehicle to vehicle but what do you guys charge (min to max).

I charge about 70-80 dollars for wax, which takes me 1.5 hours to do. Will not polish wheel unless I charge them more. Takes me 1-2 hours to fully polish wheels. What products and tools are you using to polish wheels?

$100

I used Mothers Mag & Aluminum Polish. Started with several drill attachments from the small polishing kit sold @HF, finished up by hand using terry applicators and microfiber towels.

From there, maintenance is easy.

Just for wheels I would start the conversation with the client at min 150.00.

That looks so good, can you tell me the tools you use? Until now, I have been polishing all wheels and exhaust tips with my fingers.

Depends on the condition and what type of material.usually 2 hrs for trashed Alcoa rims maybe a little longer.ibrid makes it easy.

I have a ibrid as well. Do you just use a regular yellow cutting foam pad?

I bought this little polishing kit from HF. They connect to a cordless drill. And based on the size of those wheels [on an RV] I feel very lucky to have come out of it victorious with just that as my tools for the job.

Would I recommend this kit? Ehh yes and no. It did help a bit, but I ran out of options midway through each set of wheels. [because certain bits were useful for the front wheels and another for the rear and I ran out of clean attachments to finish the job] So I still had to finish up by hand, but it was worth it, because I wouldn't have gotten to the intricate nooks otherwise.

The part I don't like is I haven't even gotten around to finding out how or if these things can even be cleaned to use again. They've just been sitting in my backyard ever since and they're all nasty.

If and when I clean these felts and they're actually re useable I'll begin to feel they were worth the $16 I paid for them.
