Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant 3.0. I ordered the free sample with my latest order and I also popped the $6 or whatever for another sample..

My question is how much overall surface can I cover with this much? I'd like to do the Wrangler (all the plastic!!! Argh!), will there be enough left over for anything?

I've laid down 2 coats of BFWD on my Grand Cherokee and only used about half of my 2oz sample.

So I'd say you have plenty of product! Remember thin is in

Use 4 pea sized drops to cover the entire hood.

In my review against M21, I only did 2 pea size drops to cover half my hood.

I would say I used about an ounce on my full size pickup. I'd say most of the product is used to prime the pad and then a few dabs

I'm hoping to find out the answer to this question tommorrow afternoon. Everyone says 2 oz. is plenty for 2 coats on my Tacoma. I need to work on my waxing technique so this should be great practice. I'm hoping to top it with Signature Series II the following day.........time will tell.

It doesn't take a lot. Every time I use it I'm amazed at how little you really need to use, and I probably use more than what is needed.

I've done probably about 5 coats on my truck, 4 coats between my parents cars, and multiple coats on our boats. I still have a little more than half of my 16oz bottle left.

I find that applying by HAND is better with those sample bottles. Applying by machine, you have to use more product to prime your pad.

People keep saying 1 oz this 1 oz that. Really? Use this guide line:

1 pea size drop on a foam applicator and see how far that will take you. Like I said, 4 pea size drops did the hood on my accord, and its a pretty big size.

I've noticed I apparently prefer applying waxes by hand, anyway.. Something about the last few steps, I like taking my time.

You have to let it dry 45 min anyway, take your time & most important of all HAVE FUN :)

It took this much BF GEP (by hand):

And this much BFWD for 2 coats by hand

To do the car in my avatar.

:iagree:I find it easier to get it in all the nooks without getting unwanted product on the trim. Sometimes I'll do first coat with machine and 2nd by hand.
