How to clean Alcantara?

Hello again!

I just got a new car with an Alcantara steering wheel and roof liner.

I was looking around AG and theres not a whole lot on how to care for this stuff

Swissvax makes an alcantara spray cleaner that looks promising, but i dont know if its a special cleaner, or just good marketing.

I really dont want to take a chance with a product nobody has used personally, so if anybody has tips I'd appreciate it! :)
 
I haven't used it yet myself, but a local well respected detailer I know swears by Mr. Clean Magic Eraser for Audi alcantara. Obvisouly you should test an inconspicuous spot first.
 
Race glaze makes an alcantra cleaner.

For OTC I've always been told diluted Woolite. I have yet too try it though
 
Update!
I am still going to go thru and lighten my wallet with swissvax alcantara spray.

I'll do a review on it when it arrives.

I have found a sure fire way to clean interior suede/alcantara. Chemical Guys has an interior detailer, spray onto an MF and apply gently, works quite well. Then follow with their fabric guard, same method. This leaves the material very soft and add protection to it.
