How to clean curb scuff marks from tire?

Searched 3 detailing web sites and googled and surprisingly found zero info. Have several tire and tire/wheel cleaners. Have Tuff Stuff brush. Have a boat load of tire dressings, all kinds (coatings, water/oil based...).

Being Father's Day I have no time to try a cleanup today. Scuff is about 1 foot long along the mfg's lettering on the tire. Its a medium scuff.

Never had to fix/repair this kind of tire mark before.

Any suggestions for tomorrow?

Wouldn't a good tire dressing cover the scuff after a good cleaning?
 
That's was my 1st impression. 2nd was Magic Cleaner. 3rd was a solvent and a tire cleaner.

So you think a good cleaning will remove most of the scuff?

Will do something on MON.
