How to clean interior leaving zero smell, residue or shine?

I just acquired a used vehicle. As usual, the selling dealership performed an interior detail that left the surfaces feeling slightly oily, and shiny enough that, for instance, the bright sun reflects off the shiny black dashboard into the driver's eyes.

Also, the medium-strong fragrance has not dissipated in four weeks of driving and leaving the windows open.

Two of my family members are sensitive to pretty much any chemistry. One reports her skin itching after being in the car, the other reports a lung reaction.

My immediate goal is simply removal of whatever's there. All the products I see recommended here are describe variously as leaving a protectant, having "low odor", or leaving a shine, which implies that when done, some of the product remains.

The vehicle is a 2013 Infiniti G. White ext, black interior.

The seats have perforated black leather central surfaces and non-perforated vinyl sides. Eventually, I'll need seat covers, as those vinyl side panels are hot, even when the interior is cooled to the 60s. For now, though, my focus is simply getting the interior clean.

Dashboard is black, textured, whatever plastic they make dashboards out of today. Door panels are also a plastic of some sort.

I'm aware that the fragrance may come from however they cleaned the carpets, but for now, since the seating surfaces, doors and dash very obviously have an oily coating, I'm working on that first.

Thanks!

Griots Garage Interior Cleaner is a nice low/no scent cleaner available OTC. Can be used on most interior surfaces.

I'm not sure about a no scent protectant. Meg's QID and Dub's Clean and Shine do not add any gloss but both are scented and sticks around a little.

To get rid of odors permanently, look into buying an zone machine. You can find them on Amazon for $100 and under. Also useful in the home as well. As far as knocking down the shine on your interior, you can use a dedicated interior product as previously stated or use a diluted APC to remove the shine from the dealership.

What is an APC? I like the idea of a cleaner, not a protectant.

Not sure why these things have to be scented in the first place.

I think you meant "ozone machne", right? They can break down organic things in the air and reduce scents that might be caused by mold, but if the fragrance is an added man-made chemical, they don't do much. One of my girlfriends had one in her apartment...did a good job reducing odors left by her dog, but didn't do a think when her friend who wore too much perfume came over!

I second the Griot Garage Int.Cleaner, cleans well and has zero smell. Optimum Leather Has a slight odor that dissipates quickly and has a very low sheen and lasts awhile. I'm very sensitive to perfume type products ( headaches, cold sweats) and these two products do not effect me at all

APC = All Purpose Cleaner. Could be considered almost any cleaner from Simple Green, Purple Power, Super Clean....to Griots Interior Cleaner, DP Hi-Intensity All Purpose Cleaner Plus, Optimum Power Clean....

The first ones may be "safe" at a certain dilution, the later should be "safer" by using less caustic ingredients.

I 3rd Griots Garage Interior Cleaner; no scent/color and works well. As for a Protectant, I've found 303 Aerospace and DP Interior Protectant to have a light smell that dissipates fairly quickly. Eco Touch Tire Shine is all natural and can be used on interior leather/vinyl/plastic as well. Eco Touch has a Dashboard Protect product that has good reviews as well. AG used to sell Eco Touch products, but apparently (when I just checked to link the product) they don't.

I wonder what happened?
