how to clean paint drop?

Hey everyone i usually park my car in downtown underground parking. I realized the ceiling is leaking with painting coming off and its now on my cars hood so what is the best way to clean that?

Does it look like a white-ish substance or is it actual paint?

If it looks like it white then its calcium that is drying on the paint.

mix 1 part distill water and 1 part distilled white vinegar let that sit and it will break up the calcium.

its not actual paint, its a whitish substance thx ill try water and vinegar
