I’m not sure exactly when this happened.. just noticed after I got car back from dealer for a small repair.. but when I was my car or put water on my car there is a oil looking film and the water doesn’t sheet off the right way. This is not on the entire car.. just the hood, top of the roof and few areas on the side panels.. and also the side windows on the outside only..
I will attach some photos... I’ve used everything.. invisible glass cleaner for the window, alcohol, dawn, spray detailer, vinegar,... pretty much everything besides actually buffing out the car.
has anyone experienced this before.. I’ve got something similar in the past when I parked under a tree when it was raining.. and it leaves this misty oil/film... when water goes on it..
