I have a friend who wants to order a ceramic coating for his new car and he'd like to discuss the options available at Autogeek with someone who works there. However, the phone number on the website is disconnected. What's a good number for him to call?

Buy from somewhee else. Geek has gone down the crapper

I have hesitated to buy anything from AG because when I contacted them it took days to respond. If I had an order issue, I would be concerned I could not get timely support since it seems they steer you to email contact.

Bunky, didn't you have an email contact that you could give to the OP?

I understand the cynicism, but PBMG/AG/SonaxUSA has just put in a lot of effort to revamp the forum(s) software, move AG to a new warehouse in Indiana (co-located with SonaxUSA), restocked the store, and I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt here...but someone should point out to them that they have old phone numbers on the site and that it would help if they had some phone support, or maybe at least a live chat.

One person I talked to was
[email protected]

The other email was their generic customerservice email with the response from Andre.

Since Autogeek has been relocated to the Vision Investments/Sonax USA facility, you can try the contact info on their facebook page:

Also, here is a little info about the new facility:

The number on their website 772-286-2701 is constant busy, and the TF number after you create a support ticket 800-869-3011 goes unanswered and then it tells you the mailbox is full. Filling out a contact form does not result in anything either.

I had a shipment out for delivery, then it got recalled due to damage and was sent back to AG. They received it 5 days later, but didn't send me a note, reship the item nor refund my order. A bit disappointed to say the least. Until they get their house in order, I won't be ordering from them anymore.
