under it is a blue paint

?

looks like paint transfer.. have you tried rubbing with some APC?

i havent tried anyting yet, you think that'll work?

Yes, APC should work.
If not, you can try a NON-CHLORINATED Brake cleaner. Its a little more aggressive than APC, but I have been able to successfully remove a very stubborn paint transfer using that method. Just spray a little brake cleaner (remember, it must be non chlorinated) to a towel, and lightly rub that over the spot. After a few rubs, the paint transfer will be gone, or very light.

FS APC? and what apcs are you guys using? megs? zep?

Try 4:1 first.. its tough to say how stubborn and old the paint transfer is by looking at the pic.. if that does not work, you can try FS. I used megs, but any APC should work fine.
If not, step up to the non chlorinated brake cleaner. They are available at wally for $2 or so. Try a little spot below the trunk or something to ensure your paint is OK with it.. before you rub the entire paint transfer spot with it. I have tried this on 2 cars so far with great results.

This is on my car where I used brake cleaner to remove the transfer:

I would try a matte/satin only product. APC, and other chemicals, can actual stain matte/satin paint and cause a shiny area to appear. CG makes a matte detailer as does Swissvax. I would start there.

Yeah, but is that even part of a car? It's sitting on carpet in the picture.

its a spoiler currently off the vehicle

Ok, so if I'm understanding this now, you've got a blue spoiler that's been painted with satin black and you scraped the black paint off down to the blue underneath...so it would seem the "correction" would be touch-up paint?

I pickedup the satin black spoiler, PO had it repainted with satin black, he said he backed into something, no blue is showing there however I don't want to reach the blue lol
