Hi all, I know about fans and air movers etc, I am asking what you think is the best setting for the climate control on the inside.

1) Should I set the dial to hottest temp?
2) Should I have the air circulation button on? Why or why not?
3) Should I have the air conditioner setting on or not?

Anything you would like to add would be appreciated.

I work for a dealership and after we run the carpet extractor over the seats and carpet we typically put the vehicle outside for a bit to run the air.

Thanks,

Mitchell

Setting the temp to hot will help evaporate the moisture you are trying to remove.

I would not put the air recirculation on, turning it on will just recirculate the air inside the car. You want to dehumidify the air. Leave it off to introduce fresh air.

Turning on the AC will dehumidify the air.

Temp set to hot, air recirc off, AC on.
