How to Easily Remove Road Paint

It's not sold at AG, but AFAIK they don't have a specific road paint remover.

Start with this all over:


Spray on Krud Kutter Road Paint and Graffiti Remover and let it dwell for a few minutes. The best part is that it does not re-liquify the paint and just makes it soft enough to remove with a microfiber.




Then at the end, accidentally drop the wheel on its face like an idiot. The good news I work at 2 dealerships, so I can get it fixed pretty cheap.

Sorry for laughing at the 'disaster'!, it was funny the way you shared the story.

To avoid this, I'm always working wheels over an EVA plate, like this:

Next time I'll work over my rubber cargo mat. I wish I thought of that.
 
That's an awesome tip, I hate working with road paint. Gotta get me some of that and try it out. Thanks!
