Hi, I am a newbie here and have a question. My wife's car (2003 MB C320) has a protective film "bra" (for lack of a better word) on it. This extends around the two front fenders, hood and grille area. It has successfully protected the forward sloping front of her car for years.
In 2003, when the car was new, the film was so clear that you had a hard time noticing where it started and where it ended. Now after several years the film has aged and while still clear now has a slight cloudiness to it. It's not bad just a bit more noticeable.
My question is; is there a cleaner/polish/whatever that can lighten or at least clean this film without damaging it?? I use PLEXUS for many plastic pieces including window film but I wanted to check with the experts and heavy hitters here first.
