Mods: I tried for two days to put this in the "Off Topic" forum, but I can't post in there? Technically this IS a how to ;) but please move it to Off Topic

I recently found out I was diabetic and after taking my sugar numbers for about two weeks, I discovered that at the present moment my figures range between 280 and 380, just a little above what they should be ... yes, I'm being facetious ...

Well the other day I spent the whole day giving my car it's first detail of the season, we're talking about 8+ hours worth, I kept hydrated and all that, but didn't eat anything while working. When I was done, I felt a little "off," not bad, just off - so I took a sugar reading - 128 that's a MUCH better number than I have ever gotten before, I even checked it twice.

SO it seems like I have now a VALID MEDICAL reason to give the wife for me detailing the cars

.... unless she realizes that heavy house work would probably do the same

Diet and exercise will do that for you... you should have eaten something though. Most natural sugars (Fruits) shouldnt spike your sugar levels and do so many more beneficial things for your body. GOOD FOR YOU!!!
