I read the directions on the back but its not clear to me how to use it. I understand i need to spead it out in a thin layer but how long do i work it in? Do I wipe it off right away?

useally glazes you work them in to it turns translucent then buff to a high gloss with a microfiber towel

This looks like the instructions for Full Molecular Jacket ( FMJ) and not the glaze ?

You can use either hand or machine for it. I prefer machine, do the whole car. To me I thought it was a little smeary to wipe right off.Let it dry a little then wipe it off.

how is that glaze ? compaired to otheres? does it do a great job in covering up swirls?

I use a nickel size glob for a 2x2 area and it just about disappears into the paint....nothing to really wipe off....it does cover up to a point...the lite stuff...do not expect it cover heavy swirls...the gloss factor is what it really produces...just work it till its just about gone on the paint..do not overload it on...a little does the job...I use speed 4 to work it in and 5 for the final pass....

it can be used by hand also....use a MF applicator with a nickel size dot and work a 2x2 area till its just about gone....it may take a few applications till the applicator gets sorta primed ....

I've only used Menz glaze and RMG. Both look excellent, but IMO I find that RMG does a better job filling in minor imperfections and gives a little deeper look/gloss than compared to Menz which gives more of a shiny gloss. I like the Menz glaze for light colored/metallic where its harder to see the minor imperfections that are present plus it seems to bring out the lighter colors better, and RMG for darker paints. Just my personal preference though, hopefully others will chime in with their thoughts.

You are correct (there application methodology is vastly different-

Apply a Nickel-size amount of glaze to a dry Microfiber Applicator Pad
Work on areas of 2 to 3 sq. ft.
Apply glaze to a cool surface, out of direct sunlight
Wipe glaze over the paint using a light pressure until almost dry
Wipe off residues with a dry Microfiber cloth; continue glazing in 2 to 3 sq. ft. sections until entire vehicle is done

I personally didn't like it the first couple of times when I was applying it by machine. I don't know if I was using too much, or trying to do too large of an area, but I had a little trouble getting it off cleanly.. It would either be too hard to get off, or want to smear a little bit.. The last time I used it, I used a foam applicator, applied very thin, and just rubbed it a minute or so until it started to dry, then wiped off with a MF... May just be me, but it seemed to take about the same time, was much easier to remove, and honestly looked better to me.. YMMV though.

Well i just finished the body of my car last night (1am). The way i ended up using it was i just quickly spread it across the surface i did like 2 passes. I was tring to work as fast as i could as i want to drive my car!. I didnt notice any real difference after applying that glaze though.

Your car is silver though, hard color to see noticeable differences. One of our cars is silver and I can't tell difference between any glaze I used so I don't bother anymore. I used XMT Glaze on white and black and didn't care for it at all, but RMG and CG Acrylic Glaze both made a difference even on white. Silver is just a hard color.

I do one pannel at a time, spread on speed 3 then 5 and work it about 5-8 min then speed 4 until you can not really see it and there is a dull shine then wipe off.The differance you will notice is clarity and gloss, but you have to work it longer than two passes.
I also then put on 4* UPP goes over the Menzerna glaze no problem and this
combo blows away any wax that I have used so far, give it another try
when you can spend more time on it...

this is one product where I find the MF bonnets and PC to be valuable. Quick removal on speed 3.
